It's all about the logo.
Ok, we're not going to lecture you about the merits of a strong brand and a good logo. What we will say is, if you get it wrong, your customers won't be able to tell you why, they just won't get a warm fuzzy feeling when they see your logo. In our humble opinion, one of the best examples of getting branding and logo absolutely spot on for their target market is John Lewis/Waitrose. Understated font, classy but not out of reach, simple - yet speaks volumes about who they are. It's just right!

Know your audience
We will work with you to define exactly who you're appealing to and use the right mix of good typography, appropriate 'swoosh' if needed and contemporary colours. We're really quite good at branding, but that's because we've got a great design team.
